FLOODSTOP is used throughout the UK to protect utilities, businesses and households at risk from flooding. FLOODSTOP is now in use by several UK authorities, many of who have implemented FLOODSTOP as a vast improvement (in terms of cost and function) over current sandbagging techniques.

Last year, FLOODSTOP won the UK Emergency Planning Society’s “Most Innovative Product of Year Award” honouring technology with a true practical emergency planning application.

As you will see from the assembly download and video link (above), FLOODSTOP is a modular system that is truly portable and available in heights of either 500mm or 900mm. FLOODSTOP provides not only flood protection but other useful functions such as temporary reservoirs for site water retention and tidal control barriers.
